Sligo Creek Co-op requires criminal background checks for its adult members who regularly interact with children.
Who must complete a background check?
The Primary Adult in each family should complete a Background Check.
Any other adults in the family who are regularly on-site must also complete a Background Check.
Who sees my information?
The Background Check is administered by Protect Youth Sports, using software called Verity.
You enter your information confidentially and we only receive the results of your background check, NOT sensitive information such as your SSN.
