Sligo Creek Cooperative will contine to offer fully in-person learning for the 2024-2025 school year.

We are a secular and inclusive family-led cooperative organized to create engaging learning opportunities and a warm community of fellow homeschoolers. We welcome families regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, ability, or class.

We are a collaborative group of families that work together to provide classes for children ages 5-18 on Tuesdays and Thursdays in a space near downtown Silver Spring. All classes are facilitated by parent, caregiver, and/or student members.

As a true cooperative, we have no paid staff. All registration and class fees pay for rental of our space and general shared supplies. We are not a school or a homeschooling umbrella. We are not a drop off program.
